My Journey with Sittha Viruthi Yoga
Greetings. I am Uma from Tiruppur. It has been three years since I joined Sittha Viruthi Yoga, and now I am stepping into my fourth year of this journey.
In life, we often face struggles in four main areas — wealth, health, relationships, and the mind. I too had my share of problems in these areas. That is why I approached Vivekanandan Sir .
In the first level class Narkarma Viruthi, he gave me six practices — three to cleanse past karma and three to create better new karma. I followed them sincerely, with deep feeling. But Sir , always used to say something very important: “Don’t accept what I say blindly. Analyze it, experience it, test it — and only then make it your own.”
I held onto those words carefully, because I realized that much of my suffering in life came from blind belief. So this time, instead of just believing, I practiced with awareness, observing and understanding each step.
I came here seeking solutions to my problems. But I have a nature — if I start thinking about something, I completely immerse myself in it until I truly understand it. Because of that, I went beyond my original intention and began deeply exploring the powerful teachings given by my Spiritual Guru Vivekanandan Sit .
At the same time, I also realized something beautiful — if we practice what Guru gives with full faith, without doubt, and with a clear intention, the results are not just 100%, but even 200%.
As I continued my practice sincerely, I experienced this truth within myself. I understood that whatever I truly seek, I have the ability to achieve. I began to see how the mind works, how thoughts shape reality — and this understanding slowly started transforming me towards completeness.
The chakra cleansing practices have been truly powerful. Honestly, it is through those practices that I explored so much within myself. What I experienced during these practices is like miracles.
From my experience, I can say this with certainty — if we practice with the right intention, discipline, and awareness, and follow the path shown our Guru including yoga and all the techniques given, we will definitely transform into a more complete and fulfilled human being.
For me, this journey feels like sculpting a beautiful statue — my Guru has been shaping and refining me with such care. All the results I gained through my exploration have only led me towards wholeness.
Now I live with a deep realization — whatever I do, success follows. I came here searching for solutions to my problems, but I have been taken to an entirely different, higher level of life.
The most important realization is this: I have come to know who I truly amMy heartfelt love and endless gratitude to Sittha Viruthi Yoga, to Vivekanandan Sir, Suresh Sir, and the entire team behind this beautiful work. This gratitude will stay with me forever.
Thank you so much. Whatever great success I achieve in the future, it will always be because of my Guru’s guidance and this healing journey. I will never forget this.
