My Journey with Sitha Viruthi Yoga
Five years ago, I joined Sitha Viruthi Yoga at a time when I was deeply wounded, emotionally disturbed and physically unwell. Though I was doing well in my profession, I struggled internally. I was unable to control my emotions, often fell sick in both mind and body, and found it difficult to make clear and confident decisions in life. That was when Mr. Vivekanandhan Sir entered my journey — not just as a yoga master, but as a true Guru and philosopher.Through consistent practice and his profound guidance, he slowly transformed my life.
He taught me the deeper truths of:
- Forgiveness – freeing myself from emotional burdens
- Time management through Kalabairava Thathuvam– understanding the value and power of time
- How blaming others only harms our own growth
- How karma works, and more importantly, how we create our own karma through our thoughts
- Every single session with Sir molded me into a stronger and wiser person.
He helped me understand that we must separate our emotions from earthly attachments and relationships. That shift alone changed my entire perspective on life.
Today, I live confidently. I take steps forward not emotionally, but knowledgeably. My decisions are clear, calm, and conscious.
A Miracle in My Mother’s Life
My gratitude deepened even more through my mother’s healing journey. She had 90% celiac and renal artery blockage and was abandoned by a reputed hospital in Coimbatore due to the severity of her condition.
But because of my Guru, Mr. Vivekanandhan Sir, and the specific exercises and practices he prescribed, my mother’s health gradually improved. Today, her blood pressure is stable, and she is living peacefully in her 80s with dignity and comfort.
This transformation is nothing short of a blessing. I am deeply grateful to Sir for being a guiding light in our lives.Thank you for shaping not just my health, but my mind, my decisions, and my destiny.
