TRANSFORMATIONAL PHASE OF MY LIFE:
Before joining SITTHA VIRUTHI YOGA class, I was constantly struggling with negative thoughts. I felt like nothing would go right, and that negativity was affecting every area of my life, creating a constant feeling of doubt and pessimism.
Physically, I was feeling incredibly lazy and completely lacked energy, feeling sleepy from morning till night. This had a big impact on my relationships as well.I was becoming quick to anger, constantly finding fault with others, and getting into arguments. I was also constantly feeling like everyone was ignoring me, and I had very little self-confidence. My mindset was so down that even the day before starting,I wasn't sure if I'd make it to the class.
As I progressed through the different levels, the teachings subtly but steadily influenced my perspective. I began to notice small yet meaningful changes in my attitude towards others, my ability to recognize opportunities, and my overall approach to life. One of the most profound impacts has been the understanding and strengthening of the bond I share with myself, which has brought a deep sense of peace and comfort within my personal space.
However, everything changed when I stepped into the SITTHA VIRUTHI YOGA classroom. The space felt incredibly positive and became engrossed in the class the from start to finish. Each point VIVEKANANDAN SIR made was fascinating and relevant.
Even after the class was over, the surge of energy and excitement stayed with me for the rest of the day. I didn't feel tired at all, just really enthusiastic. Plus, I could genuinely feel a change in my personality, like 20% of me had already transformed for the better on that very first day.
Then, from day one, as I kept practicing, I noticed changes day by day. The biggest one was my anger; it used to be a huge problem for both me and the people around me. But through regular practice my anger dropped by about 70%. Now I don't even react with anger anymore.
Regular meditation sessions, specifically on Amavasai and Pournami, every 15 days, became a healing process for my mental strength. Meditating under my teacher's guidance was the perfect way to feel completely restored and truly wonderful.
Ultimately, my relationships—especially with my closest one—really improved. Small arguments started decreasing, and I understood my partner better. I also found the weekly interactive sessions really helpful; they helped me understand life better and get back on track if I was ever feeling low.
I also had health related problems related to menstruation due to fibroids. That led to heavy bleeding and weakness and exhaustion to the point where I couldn't even work. But since I started practicing all the techniques of Sittha Viruthi Yoga, I haven't had any issues at all – I don't experience heavy bleeding or that fatigue anymore.
After completing all three levels of SITTHA VIRUTHI YOGA, amazing changes have taken place in my life Physically, I’m healthier and energetic.My laziness and boredom have completely disappeared.
Financially, I'm now independent and stable. Mentally, I’m no longer stuck in overthinking or constant negativity; my anger has disappeared and has been replaced by a much more positive outlook.
My relationships are the best they’ve ever been, and I genuinely feel a deep peace and harmony in my home.Now only the good things are happening to me. I owe my deep gratitude to my spiritual mentor, Vivekanandan Sir for his soulful guidance through Sittha Viruthi Yoga which saved my life and my relationships.
