My Journey with Sittha Viruthi Yoga
I was introduced to Sittha Viruthi Yoga in the year 2021, at a time when I was going through one of the most difficult phases of my life, immediately after my father’s passing. I was emotionally drained and struggling to find stability. It was during this period that I attended the first level Narkarma Viruthi program. The content and insights I received that day turned out to be a true game changer, marking the beginning of my journey toward self-recovery and inner healing.
From there on, the continuous inputs through review classes, along with the day-to-day practices, played a significant role in helping me better understand the realities of life. Initially, my daily routine felt sluggish and unstructured, but as I gradually became consistent with the practices, I started experiencing a noticeable shift. Over time, this consistency brought a sense of clarity, improved health, and a calmer, more balanced state of mind, leading to a more active and purposeful lifestyle.
As I progressed through the different levels, the teachings subtly but steadily influenced my perspective. I began to notice small yet meaningful changes in my attitude towards others, my ability to recognize opportunities, and my overall approach to life. One of the most profound impacts has been the understanding and strengthening of the bond I share with myself, which has brought a deep sense of peace and comfort within my personal space.
Overall, these practices have helped me lead a more fulfilling and grounded life over time. From managing emotions more effectively to being able to see and create opportunities in everyday situations, the transformation has been evident. Following the routines consistently has not only improved my external life but has also brought a lasting sense of inner stability and growth.
