The breathwork and meditation practices are something that can only be fully understood through personal experience. They have also positively influenced our approach to parenting.

I am Gomathy Satish from Hosur. I began my Sittha Viruthi Yoga journey while I was in Chennai. It was introduced to me by a close friend after I lost my father during the COVID pandemic. I was going through deep grief and depression, struggling to move forward and manage my daily responsibilities.

My friend recommended that I attend the Narkarma Viruthi workshop. I joined with an open mind, not knowing what to expect. That decision became a turning point in my life.

The Narkarma Viruthi program was truly an eye-opening experience. As I began practicing the techniques, I gradually started healing from my grief. The practices helped me release suppressed emotions and transformed my perspective on life.

My husband later joined the program in Chennai, and we began practicing together. We experienced tremendous positive changes in our relationship. We then progressed to Level 2 – Suya Viruthi, which we are currently practicing. This journey has been life-changing for both of us. The techniques have helped us recognize and realize our true potential.

The breathwork and meditation practices are something that can only be fully understood through personal experience. They have also positively influenced our approach to parenting.

The three-day workshops, Amavasai and Pournami meditations, and the Zoom interactive sessions have helped us remain consistent and committed to the practice.

We sincerely thank our Guru, Mr. Vivekanandan Sir, for his continuous support during difficult times and for guiding us through this transformative journey.
